These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of roometra.bond and the studio rental services provided by Roometra Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings and payments
- Rates are listed per hour and include basic amenities described in the Catalog.
- After you confirm checkout, we will email an invoice and calendar hold. Payment instructions will be provided.
- If payment is not received by the due date, holds may be released.
2. Rescheduling and cancellations
- Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance subject to availability.
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the reservation receive a full credit; within 48 hours, a 50% credit applies; no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Studio rules
- Be respectful of sound levels; use provided mats and furniture pads.
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames. Service animals are welcome; pets by prior approval.
- Leave spaces as found. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
- Follow safety instructions for lighting, props, and electrical fixtures.
4. Insurance and liability
- Commercial productions may require a Certificate of Insurance naming Roometra Studios as additionally insured.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the studios or the Site.
5. Privacy and communications
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may contact you regarding bookings or service updates.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of roometra.bond after changes indicates acceptance.
