How do I book a studio?

Choose a space in the Catalog, add hours to your cart, and proceed to checkout confirmation. We’ll email you calendar holds within one business day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation for a full credit. Within 48 hours, we apply a 50% credit. No-shows are non-refundable.

How do you ensure newborn safety?

Studios are sanitized between sessions, textiles are laundered, and props are inspected. HVAC is gentle and quiet; we can provide white noise by request.

Do you provide props and backdrops?

Yes. Basics are included: blankets, beanbags, wraps, clamps, seamless paper in soft hues, and a garment rack with steamer.

Is it quiet enough for naps?

Yes. Our spaces use acoustic panels and thick curtains to minimize noise and echo. Most suites are tucked away from street traffic.

Are studios accessible?

Most locations include elevators, step-free entries, and accessible restrooms. If you have specific needs, contact us so we can confirm details.

Do I need insurance?

For commercial shoots, we may require a COI naming Roometra Studios as additionally insured. For family sessions, this is typically not required.

What are your hours?

Standard: 8:00 to 20:00, seven days a week. Early opens and late closes available upon request.
